There can be several reasons for this. First, you should clear your browser's cache and reload the page with Ctrl + F5. If the appointment type is still not displayed, please check the following settings:
- Is the appointment type activated? Only then will it be displayed. You can find this option in the settings for the appointment type
- Is the type of appointment released in the iFrame/booking module? You can check this by clicking on “iframe settings” in the administration section of your branch and clicking on the desired booking module. Then scroll down until you see the "Appointment types" selection menu. If you only display certain appointment types here, you must tick the corresponding appointment type
- Do you use categories? If so, please check whether the appointment type is stored in the appropriate category
